In 2022, The Newt opened the Roman villa experience with a visitor centre, interactive museum, and reimagined Roman villa to explore. It is a wonderful educational and immersive experience where you can take a step back in time to the fourth century. The Roman-British villa is inspired by the unearthing of a settlement on the estate believed to date back to 351 AD.
