Living Spaces
All of the rooms have their own story to tell, with the layers of history shown on every wall, often left raw, with unadorned plaster and exposed copper piping. Each rooms combines the historic and contemporary with the appropriate and unexpected.
Dining Room
Make use of the large dining table with seating for 12, with a dinner party, surrounded by the mural created by Guillermo Kuitca. Our team can be booked (in advance) for your dinner party, creating the perfect menu for you, where everything is delivered, served and cleared away, from cocktails, so you and your party don’t have to lift a finger!
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay. On the window sill find a selection of cookery books to inspire you and make the most of all the local produce Somerset has to offer, with cupboards full of new and vintage kitchenalia.
When you arrive enjoy a selection of goodies from Farm Shop, including cake, bread, butter fruit and eggs. Some basic essentials are also provided, like washing-up liquid. For anything else that you need, visit our Farm Shop across the courtyard.
Study
The most distinctive feature is a collection of Victorian vintage stickers. Attached to the panes of an internal window, these have remained untouched for years and are a reminder of the previous residents of the Farmhouse. Near the relaxed seating area around the wood-burning stove, you will find board games and card games to play.
Sitting Room
A room full of quirks, including a stuffed badger and gold-painted walls. There is a log burner with ample seating to enjoy evening drinks in vintage glassware, as you relax in front of the work of Pipilotti Rist.
You will find a complimentary basket of logs along with firelighters and kindling. More logs, if required can be requested from the Farmhouse team.
The Garden
The private farmhouse garden is the perfect space to enjoy during the summer months. Relax in the sunshine with ample seating for all your guests and a green egg barbecue to cook on.
